Cambridge SoundWorks DTT2500 Well folks... if itÆs the best you want, the best is what we shall give you. CreativeÆs DTT2500D comes equipped with four satellites for front and rear, and one satellite for the centre channel, in addition to a subwoofer, which are rated at 7 W (front and rear), 21 W (centre channel) and 20 W (subwoofer). There are accessories galore...stands, tripods, SPDIF cables, you name it. What we noticed at the outset, however, was that the unit comes with a wooden subwoofer enclosure. Testing this monster was satisfying. The timbre of low deep bass punch sounded great. Make no mistake: this is some serious equipment, very expensive too...stuff for serious audio buffs. Home entertainment at its best, in other words. The feeling of pure low-end bass is exhilarating. Despite all the quality, price is a bit of a damper. But you get built-in Dolby Digital Decoder amplifier and high quality 25-bit digital-to-analog (DAC) converters. The result is crystal-clear sound reproduction, which only true digital reproduction can achieve. Others: |
